Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy was granted conditional anticipatory bail in the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy by the Telangana High Court vacation bench. The court agreed with Avinash Reddy’s lawyer that there was no need for custodial investigation.
The court ordered Avinash Reddy to appear before the CBI every Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm until June 30. He was also instructed not to leave the country without court permission. The petitioner was required to provide two surieties for Rs. 5 lakh and to cooperate with the investigation agency for the probe into the murder case.
