iHub-Data at IIIT Hyderabad is offering a 50-week course on Foundations of Modern Machine Learning starting in August 2023. Undergraduate engineering students can apply until June 30. The course is designed to help students enhance their knowledge and research capabilities in identifying and solving real-world problems using the latest tools and techniques of Machine Learning. The program is led by faculty members from IIIT Hyderabad and iHub-Data, with over 20 Teaching Assistants providing practical exposure on topics related to machine learning.
The course is open only to undergraduate engineering students from AICTE approved technical institutes/universities in India. Students must have a keen interest in learning Machine Learning, and although there are no prerequisites required for enrolling in the program, those who have done short-term MOOC courses on Machine Learning would find this extremely beneficial and intellectually stimulating.
The course includes live-interactive sessions with faculty members and expert lectures from eminent researchers from academics and industry. Students would get enhanced hands-on experience from mentors in designing appropriate solutions, making learning a whole new experience. Theory and practice are given equal significance in the course.
