Mahabubnagar: On Saturday, Mahbubnagar MP DK Aruna visited CC Kunta village in the Devarakadra constituency. She started various development projects by laying the foundation stone.
Two new community halls will be built with Rs 18 lakh from her MP funds. She performed the groundbreaking ceremony with local BJP leaders. Before this, she prayed at the Valmiki Temple and the Ganga Bhavani Temple.
Aruna emphasized her commitment to development, stating she allocates Rs 65 lakh per constituency from her MP quota. She mentioned the installation of high-mast LED lights in CC Kunta, costing Rs 2.05 lakh.
She urged residents to support BJP in the upcoming local body elections. Aruna criticized the ten years of BRS rule and the current Congress governance. She promised significant changes in CC Kunta if BJP wins, taking full responsibility for development.
Aruna praised the central government’s contributions, citing funds for roads, Anganwadi centers, midday meals, streetlights, and crematoriums. She highlighted schemes like ration rice, Mudra and Vishwakarma loans, PM Awas Yojana houses, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, fertilizer subsidies, and drones for farmers under the Modi government.
Regarding the inclusion of Boya Valmikis in the ST list, Aruna stated she raised the issue in Parliament and discussed it with Union Ministers. Rajya Sabha MP Laxman also addressed this matter.
She promised to work hard to achieve the inclusion of Boya Valmikis in the ST list, fulfilling a long-awaited demand.
