The man, in his thirties, said that he did it because he was “uncomfortable” and wanted to leave the plane quickly. He also said that he was feeling stressed after losing his job recently. The event took place when the plane was about 700 feet (213m) above the ground, and it caused panic among the passengers. Nine people were taken to the hospital with breathing issues, but they were released two hours later. The police are investigating the case and plan to arrest the man when the investigation is complete.
