    Actor-politician Balakrishna, also known as Balayya, met with Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at his residence in Jubilee Hills on Sunday. They discussed various issues affecting both Telugu States. Balakrishna, who represents the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), is seeking re-election from the Hindupur Assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh for a third term.

    The meeting is significant as it took place just before the counting of votes for the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh. Balakrishna is the brother-in-law of TDP chief and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Revanth Reddy, who is now with the Congress party, used to be a colleague of Naidu.

    During the meeting, Balakrishna and Revanth Reddy had detailed discussions on various important matters concerning the people of both Telugu States. Balayya, who is known as the ‘God of the masses’ in the film industry, is actively involved in politics and is focused on serving the people through his role as a politician.
