BJP Karimnagar MLA candidate Bandi Sanjay Kumar accused BRS candidate Gangula Kamalakar, the Civil Supplies Minister, of not issuing new ration cards and stealing paddy in the name of wastage. Bandi Sanjay claimed that Kamalakar has been an MLA for 15 years but has not provided houses for the poor. Instead, he has allegedly robbed the poor and seized their lands.

During his campaign in Charlaboothkur village in Karimnagar, Bandi Sanjay informed the villagers that no houses have been given to them. He also accused BRS leaders of excavating hillocks and selling the soil under the pretense of establishing an agriculture college. Bandi Sanjay claimed that works are being assigned to those who join BRS and they are being forced to join the party.

Bandi Sanjay also highlighted the issue of 46,000 DDs (Demand Drafts) being drawn by Golla community members in Charlaboothkur three years ago. However, half of the people have not received their sheep yet. He also mentioned that a tank useful for Mudirajs is being buried in the name of a sports ground.

According to Bandi Sanjay, both Congress and BRS leaders are involved in land grabbing. He challenged Gangula Kamalakar to read the BJP booklet containing details of his works as an MP and engage in an open discussion. Bandi Sanjay urged the people to vote for those who fight for them, emphasizing that Kamalakar relied on bribery by offering Rs.10,000 and mobile phones, while he trusted in righteousness and the people’s support.
