Recently, Telangana BJP State President Bandi Sanjay staged a sit-in protest near Gun Park’s statue regarding the Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) paper leakage issue. Sanjay demanded an inquiry into the paper leakage incident. Initially, the police stated that there was no permission for this protest. However, after some discussion between the police and Sanjay, the protest continued.

Later on, Sanjay announced that he would go to the TSPSC office after the sit-in protest. The police were alerted and attempted to stop Sanjay and other BJP leaders from leaving for TSPSC from Gun Park. This led to a scuffle between the police and activists, creating a tense atmosphere.
