The officers in Bhadrachalam have issued a second warning level due to the rising water levels of the Godavari river. At 2 pm, the water level was recorded at 49.40 feet and it is slowly receding. District Collector Dr Priyanka Ala has announced this second warning and urged people to follow the advice and instructions of the district administration. She advised them to go to rehabilitation centers immediately instead of waiting for the flood to reach their area. In case of emergencies, people should call the control room for assistance.
