Bharat Jodo Yatra in Khammam predicted to lead Congress to power

Khammam city Congress president and TPCC member, Mohammad Javid, spoke about the first anniversary of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra in Khammam. Javid mentioned that the Yatra has received tremendous support from the people as it addresses various important issues.

The Yatra, which started on September 7, 2022, is the longest padayatra ever taken by a politician in India. Rahul Gandhi covered 4,081 km, 12 States, and two Union Territories during the 136-day Yatra. He visited 75 districts and 76 Lok Sabha constituencies. Javid stated that millions of people were inspired by Rahul Gandhi’s message of love and unity.

During the program, other Congress leaders such as DCC president Puvvala Durga Prasad, OBC Cell president Puchkayala Veerabhadram, INTUC president Kotha Sitaramulu, Youth Congress president Yadlapalli Santosh, and District Mahila Congress in-charge Amarjahan Begum were also present. They expressed confidence that Rahul Gandhi’s revolutionary foot march would help bring the party to power in Telangana State.
