    Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka attended the MIN Expo 2024 in Las Vegas, USA.

    The MIN Expo is the world’s largest mining event and took place from September 24 to 26 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The event showcased the latest innovations, technologies, and machinery in the mining industry. It also provided opportunities for networking with over 44,000 professionals from more than 125 countries.

    During the expo, Bhatti Vikramarka had several important meetings with delegates from various companies. He met with the management of Komatsu and reviewed their latest products, including the D475A-8 mining dozer, the GD955-7 motor grader, and other advanced equipment such as the ZT44 blasthole drill, HRX 1000 sizer, and WE2350-4 hybrid wheel loader.

    The Deputy Chief Minister also met with representatives from Caterpillar Inc. and examined their newest offerings in mining machinery.

    Later, Bhatti interacted with the management of BKT tyres and the Wirtgen Group, where he explored their latest products for the mining industry.

    In addition to these company meetings, Bhatti Vikramarka met with high-level officials from the US government. Both sides had productive discussions, with the US expressing interest in potential investments in Telangana, citing their positive experiences with Hyderabad in the past.

    The Deputy Chief Minister also had discussions with Arun Venkataraman, the lead of the US delegation. Their conversation focused on sustainability in mining, the growing importance of rare earth metal mining, and strategic partnerships for future projects, such as the development of the Fourth City in Hyderabad.

    Bhatti highlighted the role of Hyderabad as a key driver of economic growth for Telangana. He shared positive feedback from American companies that have operated in the city.

    Finally, Bhatti emphasized the need for stronger cooperation between India and the USA, especially given recent meetings between the leaders of both countries. He believes that with a commitment to sustainable technology, both nations can achieve significant growth in the future.
