On Saturday, Bhatti held discussions with police officers at the Secretariat as part of pre-budget meetings. During the meeting, he emphasized the need to strengthen security in Telangana, especially as the state is rapidly urbanizing.

He noted that Hyderabad is expanding, with a new “Future City” zone being developed alongside the three existing city zones. Additionally, work on the Regional Ring Road is progressing quickly. With increasing financial resources, job opportunities, and migration to the city, Bhatti stressed that the Home department must be prepared to enhance security measures.
