BioAsia, Asia’s biggest biotechnology and life sciences forum, has announced the winner of the prestigious Genome Valley Excellence Award. This year, the award will be given to Professor Patrick Tan, who is the Executive Director of PRECISE (Precision Health Research, Singapore) at the National University of Singapore.
Professor Tan is being honored for his exceptional work in precision medicine, cancer genomics, and population health research. His contributions have helped advance biomedical research and improve personalized healthcare.
Through his leadership at PRECISE, he has played a key role in combining genomics with clinical care. His efforts have made healthcare more predictive, personalized, and accurate, shaping the future of medicine.
The award will be presented at the 22nd edition of BioAsia, which will take place from February 24 to 26 at HICC in Hyderabad.
