BJP leader and former MLC N Ramachander Rao strongly criticized the arrest of BJP Telangana State President and Union Minister Kishan Reddy. He urged people to visit double-bedroom housing sites across the state to highlight the government’s failure in keeping their election promises. Rao expressed concern about the arrest, stating that it threatens freedom of expression and the right to peaceful protest, which are vital in a democratic society.

Rao emphasized the importance of upholding democratic principles and allowing individuals to express their opinions without fear of persecution. He stated that the government should focus on being transparent and accountable, working towards fulfilling the aspirations of its citizens instead of suppressing dissenting voices.
