The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) organized a Mini Bootcamp program for women entrepreneurs at the Vaagdevi Incubation and Business Accelerator (VIBA) in Warangal on Saturday. This bootcamp provides knowledge, networks, and access to help women launch and grow successful businesses. The program was attended by 25 women entrepreneurs from across Telangana State.
During the program, Christopher Joe from the American consulate in Hyderabad and Dr. Mrutyunjay Suar, CEO of KIIT-TBI in Bhubaneswar, spoke in detail about the subject and provided guidance to the participants. Saleem Jivani, Dr. M Murali, Dr. K Prakash, Dr. Tirupathi Rao, and Dr. M Shashidhar from VIBA also shared their suggestions.
The US Consulate will offer funding to selected women entrepreneurs as part of this program. A total of 100 women entrepreneurs from all over the country will be chosen. AWE will set up incubation centers in Warangal, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, and Bhubaneswar to support and train these women entrepreneurs.
