Hyderabad – After a massive turnout at its silver jubilee public meeting in Warangal on Sunday, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is confident it can return to power in Telangana. Party leaders believe public support for K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) remains strong.

The BRS credited the success of the event to a well-organized team effort. Leaders were assigned different tasks, including crowd mobilization, travel coordination, and logistics. To manage transportation, the party paid ₹8 crore in advance to reserve 3,000 buses from TGSRTC. Additional vehicles came from private schools and colleges, which were closed for the day.

KT Rama Rao (KTR), BRS Working President, addressed party members and thanked the lakhs of people who attended. He said the large crowd proved the public’s trust in KCR’s leadership. KTR called the gathering one of the biggest political events in the country and a sign of the party’s renewed strength.

Despite traffic issues caused by poor planning from the State police, huge numbers still made it to the venue. KTR said this showed the commitment of the Telangana people to the BRS. He praised everyone involved for pulling off such a large event under tough conditions.

KTR also said the Warangal meeting was just the beginning. With KCR set to lead upcoming campaigns, KTR urged party workers to gear up for stronger opposition against the Congress-led government. He accused the ruling party of failure, corruption, and dishonesty. KTR also called on media teams to expose Congress’ flaws and defend BRS from misinformation.

During a teleconference with party leaders across the state, KTR personally thanked those who made the event possible. He praised leaders from Warangal district and Husnabad, along with local coordinators who ensured smooth travel despite challenges. He also appreciated the efforts of social media teams and journalists, whose coverage boosted the event’s impact.

“The Warangal silver jubilee event will go down in history,” KTR said.

Former minister S Niranjan Reddy agreed, calling the turnout a strong response to the Congress government’s 17 months of poor rule. He accused Congress of trying to sabotage the event by misusing official resources, but said public support for BRS overcame those attempts.

MLC D Shravan described the rally as a “Bahubali-level” gathering, highlighting its grand scale and energy.
