BRS leader R Sridhar Reddy clarified that his party did not complain about depositing money for the Rythu Bandhu scheme. He mentioned this during a press conference at Telangana Bhavan. Reddy stated that the government was supposed to give Rythu Bandhu only after their party chief, K Chandrashekar Rao, started a bus yatra. The Election Commission stopped the Rythu Bandhu scheme, but BRS did not complain because they always support farmers.

Reddy accused the Congress party of intentionally stopping the Rythu Bandhu scheme during the Assembly elections by complaining to the ECI. He expressed confidence in receiving farmers’ support in the upcoming elections.
