Hyderabad: On Wednesday, the Telangana State Prohibition and Excise Department seized 32 kilograms of ganja at Secunderabad railway station. This illegal substance is worth Rs 20 lakh.
The enforcement team acted on a tip-off and searched platform number 10. There, they found three bags abandoned in a corner, which contained the ganja.
Authorities believe the drugs were being transported. The suspects likely fled when they noticed the presence of officials. A case has been filed, and an investigation is currently underway.
