    Hyderabad: CDK India, a top name in automotive retail software, hosted its 10th annual Family Day, called Convergence 2025, at JRC Convention. This event was full of fun, appreciation, and community spirit, attended by employees and their families, marking a key cultural moment for the company.

    Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jain, Managing Director, kicked off the evening by welcoming everyone. He emphasized the company’s core values of curiosity, ownership, openness, and possibility. He highlighted the important role families play in supporting these values, stating that their love and strength bring these ideals to life every day.

    The event also honored Mr. Shakti Sagar, former Managing Director of ADP, as the Chief Guest. He spoke about the importance of both personal and professional families, emphasizing that Convergence bridges these two worlds, celebrating the bonds they share.

    The evening included various performances, such as themed fashion walks, employee vocal acts, group dances, and a feature film about the making of Convergence. The senior leadership team of CDK provided a special performance with a skit, dance, and live singing, delighting the audience with humor and spontaneity.

    There was a formal segment for Recognition & Rewards, acknowledging outstanding contributions across various roles and teams, reinforcing a culture of appreciation within the company.

    Mr. Ashish Saxena, Senior Director and Head of Human Resources, concluded the event. He noted that the evening was more than just a gathering; it was a reflection of CDK’s culture built on shared values. He celebrated the people who bring the company’s purpose to life, both on stage and behind the scenes.

    The celebration ended with a group photo and a gala dinner, closing the night on a high note filled with energy and warmth.
