The central government of India has instructed the CEO of Telangana state, Vikas Raj, and the Assembly secretary to issue a gazette notification immediately recognizing DK Aruna from the BJP as the MLA of the Jogulamba Gadwal constituency. They have also been directed to send a letter to the Central Election Commission after the notification is published on Monday.
On the other hand, Krishna Mohan Reddy, the Gadwal MLA, has approached the Supreme Court to challenge the high court’s previous orders declaring DK Aruna as the Gadwal MLA.
