Certificate Verification Completed for 56 SGT Candidates on First Day: DEO Govindarajulu

NagarKurnool: The District Education Officer (DEO) of Nagar Kurnool, Govindarajulu, shared some important updates about the certificate verification process for Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) posts. On the first day of the verification, 56 candidates successfully completed the process by Wednesday evening. These candidates were selected from the Telangana DSC exam, where candidates were shortlisted at a 1:3 ratio for 141 SGT posts.

For the 125 SGT Telugu medium posts, 354 candidates were shortlisted, while for the 16 SGT Urdu medium posts, 19 candidates were invited for verification. On the first day, 50 candidates from the Telugu medium and 6 candidates from the Urdu medium successfully completed their certificate verification.

The verification process is being conducted at Little Flower High School in Nagar Kurnool town and will continue until the 5th of this month.

Govindarajulu also mentioned that all shortlisted candidates were informed about the verification schedule through SMS. Candidates must attend the verification process between 10 AM and 5 PM, bringing their original certificates along with two sets of photocopies (Xerox).

Starting tomorrow, the verification process for School Assistant posts will begin. Candidates selected under the 1:3 ratio for these posts will receive SMS notifications with details about when to attend.
