Charles Schwab to Establish Technology Hub in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A global financial company from the US, Charles Schwab, will soon start operations in Hyderabad. This decision came after a meeting with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in the US. The CM’s team has been meeting with various multinational companies to encourage them to invest in Telangana and open outlets in Hyderabad.

Senior Schwab executives, Dennis Howard and Rama Bokka, announced the news at the company’s headquarters in Dallas. They said, “We are delighted to announce that Charles Schwab, a global leader in financial services, has chosen Hyderabad for its first Technology Development Center in India.” This decision was made after successful discussions with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and IT Minister Sridhar Babu.

The Chief Minister and the IT Minister promised to help Schwab with all the necessary formalities to set up their operations in Hyderabad. They assured that Schwab would have quick access to the needed talent for a rapid start.

Schwab’s executives praised the Telangana government’s proactive support, seeing it as a good sign for a successful partnership.

Charles Schwab is now waiting for the final approvals. Once they get these, they will provide more details about the new center and send a team to India to officially establish the Schwab Technology Center in Hyderabad. This move highlights Hyderabad as a key global destination.
