Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy congratulated Bhukya Yashwanth Naik, a young mountaineer from the Tribal community in Mahbubabad district. Naik recently climbed Mount Kang Yatse (II), which is 6,250 metres high in Ladakh.
Revanth Reddy had previously awarded Naik Rs 5 lakh through Telangana Sports Authority after recognizing his talent. Naik has also successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, Mount Elbrus in Europe, Mount Kosciuszko in Australia, and the highest mountain peaks in the Indian sub-continent, including Mount Everest.
