During his speech, CM Reddy highlighted the important contributions made by the southern states to India’s overall progress. He also shared his vision for the future of Telangana and Hyderabad. He talked about major projects like the Musi Riverfront Development and the Future City initiative, which aim to enhance Hyderabad’s global standing.

The Chief Minister expressed frustration with those who oppose the rejuvenation of the Musi River. He pointed out that similar projects, like the Sabarmati Riverfront, are being supported elsewhere. Reddy also announced plans to build a world-class Gandhi Memorial at Bapu Ghat, where the Musi and Esi rivers meet.
