ED conducts raids in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in relation to a Kisan Credit Card scam worth Rs 311.05-Cr
The ED initiated an investigation based on an FIR registered by CBI and ACB, Visakhapatnam under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
The amount, benefiting 10, 511 couples, would be directly credited into the bank accounts of their mothers. So far, a total of Rs 348.84 crore was disbursed to as many as 46,062 beneficiaries under the scheme
An amount of Rs 69,000 each would be directly credited into the bank accounts of 23,458 affected fishermen to extend a monthly assistance of Rs 11,500 for six months from January to June 2023
