Hyderabad, December 3, 2025 – Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka traveled to Delhi to invite prominent national leaders for the upcoming Telangana Rising Global Summit on December 8-9.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy left for the national capital on Tuesday night and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge and party leader Rahul Gandhi on December 3.
The Chief Minister has a series of high-profile meetings scheduled during which he will officially presented the invitation letter for the Global Summit, set to be held in Hyderabad.
The meetings included invitations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, MP Priyanka Gandhi, and several Union Ministers.
The Telangana government is gearing up to organise the ‘Telangana Rising Global Summit’ on December 8 and 9 on a grand scale in a site on the outskirts of Hyderabad, where it proposes to develop the ‘Bharat Future City‘, envisioned as India’s first net-zero city and designed to be both sustainable and economically vibrant.
For the event, the Telangana government has already sent invitations to 4,500 representatives from various sectors, of which 1,000 have already confirmed their arrival.
To make the global summit a big success, the government will also invite Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of all states, eminent industrialists, prominent economists, sportspersons, media personalities, diplomats and experts from various fields.
At the event, a major vision document outlining Telangana’s development plan up to 2047 will be launched. The plan focuses on creating job opportunities and developing specialized economic zones across the state.
The CM would also request the Prime Minister to give Central approval to the pending Metro Rail phase-2 projects, Central grants to the Musi Rejuvenation Project, IIT in old Mahbubnagar district and other pending projects for the state during his meeting with Modi.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed his Cabinet colleagues to personally invite the Chief Ministers for the prestigious event. On December 4, they will travel to their assigned states and deliver the official in-person invitation letters for the Summit.
The state government’s primary objective in hosting this summit is to enhance its international stature and establish Telangana as a global hub for artificial intelligence.
