Fish Prasadam distribution has begun in Hyderabad. This 24-hour long program is being held at Exhibition Grounds in Nampally. Minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav inaugurated the event at 8 AM on Friday. This is the first time the program is being held in three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The State government has arranged for hassle-free distribution of fish prasadam, which is believed to cure asthma. They have also made adequate arrangements for about five lakh people. People from all over the country have come to the exhibition grounds to collect the prasadam. They were seen standing in queue lines since Thursday midnight.
The Bathini family members have been distributing fish prasadam for decades on the day of Mrugashira Karthi. They have prepared the prasadam for about five lakh people this time too.
