Wanaparthy District: Following directions from Wanaparthy MLA Thudi Megha Reddy, Congress leaders in Wanaparthy lodged a complaint on Friday against BRS Party Working President KTR with Wanaparthy SP Ravula Giridhar.
The leaders called for swift legal measures against KTR, accusing him of making false claims about selling 570 Group-1 candidates in the state for Rs. 3 to 5 crores. They argued these accusations harm the candidates who worked diligently to achieve their ranks.
They emphasized that unfounded allegations against hardworking students are unjust. Such political tactics, they stated, are harmful to society.
They urged for prompt action against KTR. Key figures like PCC member Shankar Prasad, District Youth Congress President Vakiti Aditya, Constituency Coordinator Lakkakula Satish, former councilors Brahmam Chari, Saravanda, LIC Krishna, Yadagiri, SLN Ramesh, and others were present at the event.
