Adilabad: District Congress leader Pasula Chanti criticized the previous BRS government for making life difficult for the people. He accused KCR’s government of burdening the public with over Rs 20,000 crore by repeatedly increasing power tariffs three or four times.

Chanti pointed out that the BRS is now opposing the rise in electricity charges, acting as if they had done something beneficial during their time in power.

He further explained that domestic, non-domestic, and other categories of electricity charges should be adjusted yearly, or an ERC meeting would be held to determine fixed charges.
