Congress lodges complaint with Telangana HC over KCR’s speech

Congress leader Balmuri Venkat has filed a petition in the High Court, demanding that the Election Commission take action against Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR). The petition is in response to KCR’s remarks after the attack on Kota Prabhakar. However, the Election Commission has not paid attention to this petition.

In the petition, Balmuri Venkat objects to KCR’s speech in the Bansuwada assembly, stating that it incites hatred. He also points out that attacks on Congress leaders have increased after KCR’s speech. The High Court is expected to hear the petition on Thursday.
