Despite meetings and discussions involving top leaders like Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, the party has not reached a consensus yet.

Aspirants have been lobbying in Delhi to push for their names to be considered by the party high command. The AICC secretaries for Telangana have been having detailed discussions about the candidates to be finalized. Khammam and Karimnagar have proven to be tough choices, with multiple contenders vying for the nominations.
