TPCC President A Revanth Reddy has credited the Congress party for influencing the Chief Minister to leave Pragati Bhavan and go to the secretariat. He also mentioned that it was the Congress party that compelled the chief minister to visit districts and distribute Pattas for Podu lands.

During a party workers’ meeting, Revanth expressed confidence that despite the transport minister refusing to provide TSRTC buses to bring people from across the district, there would still be a large turnout at the event. He urged people to use their personal vehicles or any other available mode of transport to reach the venue.

Revanth assured that the Congress party would take care of all its supporters and called for the removal of the BRS government. He indicated that Rahul Gandhi would announce five guarantees at the Khammam meeting, including the scrapping of the Dharani portal and an increase in the amount of Rytu bandhu from Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000, as well as payment of Rs 12,000 annually for tenant farmers.
