    Court Verdict Sentences Two Individuals to 3 Years in Prison and $5000 Fine

    In Gadwal, the District PDJ Court Judge Mr. Kusha sentenced two accused individuals to 3 years in prison and a fine of Rs. 5000 each.

    The case involved an incident on 24.08.2018, where Bara Kambaiah Narsimhulu reported an altercation near a Kiranam shop in Urlo involving Vadde Chinna Thimmappa and Vadde Thimmappa. The situation escalated, leading to an attack on Narsimhulu, who was saved by witnesses Narsimhu and Tirumalesh.

    Bara Kambaya Bojjamma filed a complaint, leading to the registration of a case by KT Doddi Police. Following orders from higher officials, the investigation confirmed the attack and subsequent death. The accused were arrested, and a charge sheet was filed.

    After a trial supervised by District SP Mr. Thota Srinivasa Rao IPS and Additional District SP Mr. K. Guna Shekhar, the accused were found guilty. A1 Vadde Chinna Thimmappa and A2 Vadde Pedda Thimmappa were sentenced to 3 years in prison and fined Rs. 5000 each.

    Public Prosecutor Vinoda Chari Garu, Court Liaison SI Rashid, and Court Constable Prem Kumar assisted in ensuring the convicts were jailed. The investigation officers were also recognized for their work in the case by the District SP.
