    Rachakonda Police Commissioner Tarun Joshi allegedly manhandled the driver of Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka as he was on his way to pick up the Deputy Chief Minister. The incident took place at Rajiv Gandhi grounds in Tukkuguda.

    Eye-witnesses at the scene reported that Bhatti’s driver, Srinivas, was not allowed to pick up the Deputy CM despite having a ‘Dias pass’. Srinivas was allegedly manhandled by the police, and his ID card was taken away during the altercation.

    In addition to the confrontation with the driver, a video journalist had his mobile phone snatched away by the police while he was filming the incident. The journalist’s attempt to capture the altercation was interrupted by authorities.
