Hyderabad will host the Telangana State Level Common Post Graduate Entrance Tests (TG CPGET-2025) from August 4 to August 11, 2025. These exams are for students seeking admission into various Postgraduate, PG Diploma, and Five-Year Integrated programs at universities across Telangana. This information comes from the Directorate of Admissions at Osmania University.
The tests will be conducted online in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format at selected centers throughout Telangana. There will be three sessions each day: morning (9:30 AM to 11:00 AM), afternoon (1:00 PM to 2:30 PM), and evening (4:30 PM to 6:00 PM). Prof. I Panduranga Reddy, the Convener of TG CPGET-2025, stated that these exams are crucial for admissions into Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Palamuru, Mahatma Gandhi, Satavahana, Veeranari Chakali Ilamma Women’s, and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities for the academic year 2025–26.

August 4: M.A. Economics (morning), M.A. Telugu and M.Sc. Psychology (afternoon), and M.Sc. Data Science, M.Sc. Biotechnology – 5 Yr, M.B.A. – 5 Yr, and M.A. Economics – 5 Yr (evening).

August 5: M.A. Journalism & Mass Communication (morning), M.P.Ed. (afternoon), and MTM, M.Sc. Chemistry/Pharma Chem – 5 Yr, and M.Sc. Geo-Informatics (evening).

August 6: M.A. Political Science (morning), M.Lib.I.Sc./B.Lib.I.Sc. (afternoon), and M.Sc. Geography and M.Li.Sc. (evening).
