Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court and Cyberabad Police acted decisively against some YouTubers accused of spreading false information about the HK Group, which runs HK Permanent Makeup Clinic and HK Hospitals in Hyderabad.

An investigation began after a case was filed at KPHB Police Station under FIR No. 692/2025. It revealed a plan led by Poornima Pinneti, the Managing Director of Wellness of Women Private Limited. She allegedly instructed YouTubers like Siripuram Srinivas (Srinu 65), Anand Laveti, Pawan Ra Talks, Arun Gunna (Zombie Revolt), Pavani Mahesh (MC Talks), and Patricia Naidu to post videos defaming HK Group.

The investigation led to charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Information Technology Act for online defamation and harassment. The Telangana High Court, responding to a petition from HK Group, demanded YouTube India and Meta Platforms remove over 100 harmful videos and instructed the police to stop further spread.
