    BJP national vice-president D K Aruna announced that the party is focused on winning a majority of seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Telangana. A meeting was held with party leaders to discuss the action plan for achieving this goal.

    As part of the plan, the party will organize various programs at the village, mandal, district, and state levels. Leaders will go on ‘Parliament Constituency Pravas programs’ to connect with the people. They will also spend 24 hours in a village to gather feedback and incorporate it into the election manifesto.

    These programs will be conducted from February 5 to 8. Additionally, meetings will be held with newly enrolled voters and assistance will be provided to those going for pilgrimage to Ayodhya. A ‘Bus Yatra’ will be organized to interact with people in all LS constituencies.

    The party will also focus on women empowerment through awareness campaigns and support for Self Help Groups. Steps will be taken to nurture new women leaders. Meetings with beneficiaries of Central schemes will be held, and election offices will be set up in every Assembly and LS constituency headquarters.

    D K Aruna criticized the Congress party for placing new conditions on availing benefits under their guarantees. She accused them of using the debt burden as an excuse and tying benefits to voting for them in the LS polls.
