Dallas mall shooting claims life of girl from Hyderabad

A 27-year-old woman from Hyderabad, Aishwarya Thatikonda, was among the nine people killed in a shooting at a mall in Dallas, Texas. Aishwarya was working as a project engineer in Texas, and her family lives in Saroornagar. She had spoken to her mother before the incident, and when the family called her back after learning about the shooting, they did not get a response. The family was informed of her death on Sunday and is in shock. They are trying to bring back her body with the help of Telugu NRI associations and government authorities. Aishwarya was shopping with a friend at Allen Premium Outlets mall when the shooting happened. The gunman was shot dead by a police officer.
