Hyderabad: National award-winning costume designer Sudarshan, known for his work in the Telugu movie ‘Dasi’, passed away at the age of 73 in a private hospital on Monday.
Sudarshan, originally from undivided Nalgonda district, started his career as a drawing teacher at a government college in Hill Colony, Nagarjunsagar. He was awarded the National Award for Best Costume Designer for his work on the film ‘Dasi’ in 1988.
Sudarshan’s contribution to the Telugu film industry will always be remembered. May he rest in peace.
