Deceased Son’s Wish Fulfilled as Parents Cut Birthday Cake Beside Him in Adilabad

A family in Babapur celebrated their son’s 16th birthday while he was already dead. The boy had complained of stomach pain and was taken to a hospital where he passed away the day before his birthday. His parents and relatives still celebrated his birthday with a cake and singing. The boy’s funeral took place the next day. Doctors say he died of cardiac arrest and are waiting for more information from the post-mortem report. The incident has upset many in Babapur.
