The Telangana police are prepared for the Lok Sabha elections on Monday. DGP Ravi Gupta stated that over 73,000 civil police, 500 TS Special Police sections, 164 Central Armed Police Force companies, and more are deployed for security. Additionally, 8,863 FIRs were filed for various offenses, and 34,526 individuals with potential to cause trouble have been taken care of.
To ensure fair elections, the police have set up numerous teams and check posts. A centralized control room will operate from Sunday morning until the end of the voting process.
