Fish Prasadam distribution has begun at Nampally exhibition ground. Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav started the program at 8 am on Friday, which will continue until 8 am tomorrow. About two lakh people are expected to take the fish prasadam.
The GHMC, Revenue, R&B, Water Board, Police, Fisheries, Electricity and other departments have completed all arrangements for the event. Thousands of people from different parts of the country, including the Telugu states, arrived on Thursday to attend the event. Many voluntary organizations provided food facilities to them.
The Telangana State Fisheries Department made 6 lakh fish fry available for the program. The police have deployed a large number of forces to ensure that the program is conducted smoothly and peacefully. Traffic restrictions were also imposed.
Overall, the event is well-organized, with officials from various departments working together to make it a success.
