Today, District Superintendent of Police (SP) Raula Giridhar IPS inspected the centers where the Group-3 written examinations are being held in Wanaparthy district. The SP checked the exam centers to ensure proper security arrangements were in place. These centers included the Polytechnic College, Government Boys Junior College, and a school in Wanaparthy district headquarters, as well as Rajpet Gayatri Polytechnic College and Nivedita Junior College in Kothakota.
During this visit, the District Collector and SP also inspected the Best Grammar High School and other examination centers. They directed police officers and staff to stay alert and work responsibly until the exam papers were safely secured in the strong room, ensuring no incidents occurred.
Speaking to the media, the SP shared that 31 examination centers have been set up across various schools and colleges in Wanaparthy district. He assured that strong security measures were in place and that the exams were being conducted smoothly without any problems. Several officials, including Wanaparthy Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Venkateswara Rao, CCS Inspector Ravi Pal, Special Branch Inspector Naresh, Kothakota Circle Inspector (CI) Rambabu, and others, were present during the inspections.
