District Collector Enforces Strict Measures for Hassle-Free SSC Exams

District Collector B.M. Santosh has instructed officials to make all necessary arrangements for the smooth and fair conduct of the upcoming SSC examinations in Gadwal.

On Friday, a district-level meeting was held at the IDOC Conference Hall to discuss preparations for the exams. These exams will take place from March 21 to April 4, between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. The Collector stressed the need for strict measures at exam centers to ensure fairness and discipline.

A total of 7,717 students will be taking the exams at 40 centers in the district. To oversee the process, the administration has appointed 40 Chief Superintendents, 3 Flying Squads, 4 Route Officers, 40 Departmental Officers, 14 Center Custodians, and 40 Sitting Squads.

To ensure the security of question papers and answer sheets, police officials have been assigned to escort the papers from police stations to exam centers. After the exams, answer sheet bundles will be securely transported to post offices.

Municipal Commissioners and District Panchayat officials were instructed to maintain cleanliness at exam centers. Section 144 will be enforced at exam centers, and nearby xerox shops will be temporarily closed to prevent any malpractice.

RTC officials were directed to arrange additional bus services so that students can reach their exam centers on time. The District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO) was asked to provide first aid kits, ORS packets, and medicines at all centers. Medical staff, including Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), will also be available.

Electricity department officials were told to take necessary steps to prevent power outages during the exams. Additionally, essential facilities like drinking water and proper sanitation will be ensured at all exam centers.
