Gadwal: District Collector B.M. Santosh is prioritizing public complaints. He told officials to quickly handle grievances from the Prajavani programme.
Every Monday, the Prajavani event takes place at the Integrated District Office Complex (IDOC). This week, 55 people from different areas brought their concerns to the authorities for fast resolutions.
Collector Santosh personally collected and listened to these complaints. He instructed department officials to resolve issues without unnecessary delays. He emphasized that quickly addressing people’s concerns builds trust in the government.
Additional Collectors Lakshminarayana and Narsing Rao joined the programme with various department officials. They documented the grievances and promised to take action based on the Collector’s guidance.
Prajavani remains a crucial platform for citizens to engage with officials about problems like land disputes, welfare issues, and infrastructure needs.
Local authorities are committed to transparency and accountability, ensuring governance puts people first through these efforts.
