Eclat Health Solutions, a company founded by Karimnagar natives, was recently awarded as the fastest growing Indian IT/ITES company in Washington, DC. The company specializes in medical coding and Healthcare IT.
The multinational corporation was founded by Chairman Dr. Sudhakar Polsani, founder and CEO Karthik Polsani, and co-founder and COO Sneha Polsani. Srikanth Gurram and Mohit Srivastava accepted the award on behalf of the company at the Hysea reception.
Eclat is known for being a pioneer in tier 2 employment and was the first to establish IT/ITES operations outside of Hyderabad in Telangana. The Karimnagar office, started in 2011 as a pilot operation under Sneha Polsani’s leadership, now has over 400 employees, with plans to exceed 1000 this year.
A notable achievement of the company is that over 50 percent of its workforce are women, showcasing Sneha Polsani’s leadership. She has led initiatives that have empowered over 200 women in Karimnagar, helping them advance in their careers and personal growth, setting an example for economic development in tier 2-3 cities.
