The department of EEE in Hyderabad is organizing a one-week online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the significance of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) in the context of National Educational Policy (NEP) 2020. The program will take place from February 5 to 10.

NEP 2020 recognizes the importance of integrating indigenous knowledge, traditions, and cultural practices into the education system. This includes aspects such as cultural relevance, holistic education, local language, and interdisciplinary approaches.

The upcoming FDP aims to explore these aspects and highlight the role of higher educational institutions in shaping the educational landscape. It will provide participants with an immersive experience and in-depth understanding of IKS and its significance in the NEP 2020.
