Sircilla: E. Sridhar, an IAS officer who recently took charge as the Commissioner of the Endowment Department, visited the Rajanna Temple on Tuesday. During his visit, he performed special pujas at the temple.
The temple priests welcomed the commissioner with Vedic chants. Temple Executive Officer (EO) K. Vinod Reddy presented him with laddu prasadam and the traditional Seshavastram. The commissioner was accompanied by DCM Ramakrishna Rao and Rajesh.
E. Sridhar also inspected the arrangements being made for Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s visit to the temple, scheduled for Wednesday. The Chief Minister is expected to launch various development works at the temple, and the commissioner instructed the officials to ensure everything is in order for the visit.
