Entry into new Secretariat denied to Raja Singh

Raja Singh, a politician in Hyderabad, was not allowed to enter the new Secretariat building on his motorcycle. He wanted to attend a meeting of local representatives, but security staff turned him away. Raja Singh was upset and said he had been invited to the meeting by a minister. He criticized the fact that even elected officials were not allowed into the public building.
