Fatal accident: One person dies as bus ignites following collision with bicycle

A bus carrying employees of a pharma company in Genome Valley caught fire after a bike hit it from the opposite side, causing the bike’s petrol tank to burst into flames. The bus and the bike were completely burnt, and the biker died on the spot. Fortunately, all the employees in the bus were unharmed.

The accident happened in Shamirpet Mandal of Medchal Malkajigiri District. Sampath, an employee of UJ Pharma Company, was riding his bike to work when he lost control and collided with the oncoming bus. Both Sampath and the bike fell down, and the leaking petrol tank caught fire. Unfortunately, Sampath passed away in the fire. He was from Varadarajapuram in Mulugu mandal, Siddipet district.
