A bus had an accident near Kusumanchi in Khammam district. It happened early on Saturday at the Lokyatanda Bridge on the Suryapet-Khammam National Highway. The bus was traveling from Hyderabad to Rajamahendravaram when it overturned because the driver was speeding. This caused injuries to 15 passengers.
Emergency teams quickly came to help. The injured people were taken to Khammam Government Hospital for treatment. The authorities said the driver was going too fast, which caused the accident. They reminded everyone to follow road safety rules to avoid accidents like this one in the future.
